Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Specialist to advance Google GECX solutions and drive real-world client value. You will design and implement end-to-end GECX delivery, align with client architectures, and contribute to a global delivery mindset across onshore and offshore teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior architects, direct client engagement, and shaping modern cloud-based contact center transformations using Gemini tools and Looker/BigQuery integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years transforming technology with focus on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud contact center solutions.
• Experience with Contact Center technologies and best practices, including AI agent building and migration across platforms (AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global service technology solutions for customer channels.
• Architect and recommend integrations between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation and observability.
