Job summary

Accenture is seeking a hands-on Google Cloud professional to expand our GECX capabilities and support delivery teams designing modern, enterprise-grade GECX solutions for clients. You will work directly with clients, assist senior architects, and drive end-to-end project execution in a global, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities include implementing GECX architectures, collaborating with partners and stakeholders, and managing delivery with Agile methods, including on‑shore and off‑shore

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of technology transformation, focusing on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Contact Center technologies including AI Agent building, CCaaS strategy, migration and implementation on platforms such as AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE.
• Minimum 3 years of experience aligning technology capabilities with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics, and agent scorecards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex global service technology solutions for customer channels.
• Architect and provide technical recommendations between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Design enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and lifecycle observability.
• Design, configure and implement GECX CCaaS solutions within client environments and integrate with end-to-end architectures.
