Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery for complex Service tech solutions.
• Architect and advise on GECX product offerings vs client environments.
• Design AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, invocation, observability.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS in client architectures.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery using Agile; manage onshore/offshore teams.
• Lead ideation and translate requirements into epics and stories.
