Job summary

Accenture is a premier Google Cloud partner helping organizations modernize data ecosystems, build real-time analytics capabilities, and responsibly scale AI. You’ll join the GECX team to design and deliver cloud-based customer experiences for clients across industries.

You will work directly with clients, support senior architects, and drive end-to-end project execution with on-site and offshore delivery teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technology transformation with focus on Conversational AI or CCaaS.
• Experience with CCaaS technologies and multiple platforms (AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE).
• Ability to align tech with contact center metrics and agent scorecards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12+ years total).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle for global, large-scale service solutions.
• Architect and advise on GECX product offerings and client environments.
• Design AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, routing, and observability.
• Implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within their architecture and constraints.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate work with Agile methods, overseeing on‑shore/off‑shore teams.
• Lead day-to-day project activities and translate business requirements into epics.
