Job summary

Accenture is hiring for a hands-on Specialist focused on Google GECX solutions, building expertise in Google Cloud Platform and CCaaS for global clients. You will work with senior architects and delivery teams to design and implement modern GECX solutions for Accenture’s clients.

You’ll collaborate directly with clients, shaping technical roadmaps and contributing to end-to-end project execution in an agile setup. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

3+ years in technology transformation with focus on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
3+ years with contact center technologies and AI agent building, CCaaS strategies, migrations.
Experience aligning technology with contact center benchmarks and metrics.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy end-to-end GECX delivery across client environments.
Architect and provide technical recommendations linking GECX products to client needs.
Design enterprise AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, and observability.
Plan, estimate, and manage on-site and off-shore delivery with Agile practices.
