This hands-on role focuses on developing and implementing Google GECX aligned with architecture and business goals, staying ahead of industry trends, and driving growth across multi-country programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology transformation with focus on Conversational AI or CCaaS
• 3+ years in contact center technologies and industry best practices (AI agents, migrations, implementations)
• 3+ years aligning tech with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics and agent scorecards
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global service technology solutions for contact centers.
• Architect and advise on alignment between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents including retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, and observability.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within architectural constraints.
• Collaborate with partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile with onshore/offshore resources, scope, budget, and risk management.
• Lead on-site/offshore project teams through lifecycle from ideation to epics and stories.
