Job summary

Accenture is a premier Google Cloud partner helping organizations modernize data ecosystems and scale AI responsibly. We seek a hands-on Specialist with experience in Google GECX solutions to support delivery teams in designing and implementing modern GECX solutions for clients.

You will work directly with clients, supporting senior architects, and contributing to end-to-end project execution in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology transformation focusing on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud contact center solutions.
• 3+ years in contact center technologies with AI agent building and CCaaS migration on platforms like AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE.
• 3+ years aligning technology capabilities with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics, and agent scorecards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12+ years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of global, large-scale service technology solutions for customer channels.
• Architect technical alignments between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, routing, tool invocation, and observability.
• Design, configure and implement GECX CCaaS within client architectures and constraints.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver service-focused solutions and plan delivery with Agile methods.
• Manage on-shore and off-shore project teams through the lifecycle.
• Capture high-level requirements and translate them into epics and user stories.
• Travel may be required (0–100%).
