Job summary

You are a hands-on Specialist with foundational GECX experience, eager to apply technical skills, support delivery teams, and contribute to end-to-end project

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in technology transformation focusing on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Contact Center technologies and AI agent building across multiple platforms (AWS, Google, Genesys, Avaya, NICE).
• Minimum 3 years aligning technology with contact center benchmarks and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if Associate’s Degree, 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global Service technology solutions for customer channel solutions.
• Architect and advise on GECX product offerings vs client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise‑ready AI agents for retrieval, orchestration, routing, and observability.
• Design, configure, and implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within constraints.
• Collaborate with software partners to deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile, managing milestones, resources, scope, and risk.
• Lead on-shore and off-shore project teams through the lifecycle.
• Capture high-level business requirements and translate into epics and stories.
