Job summary

Accenture is a premier Google Cloud partner delivering modern GECX solutions across client environments from voice AI to Looker and Vertex AI. We seek a hands-on specialist with foundational experience in GECX, eager to deepen GCP expertise and support delivery teams in designing and implementing solutions for clients.

You will work directly with clients, supporting senior architects and contributing to end-to-end project execution across on-site engagements in the Cleveland area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of technology transformation experience with focus on Conversational AI, CCaaS or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• At least 3 years with Contact Center technologies and industry best practices, including AI agent building and CCaaS migration/implementation across multiple platforms.
• Minimum 3 years aligning technology with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics, and agent scorecards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Work in a highly client-facing role to deliver end-to-end service technology solutions for global clients.
• Architect and provide technical recommendations tying GECX offerings to client environments.
• Design and engineer enterprise-grade AI agents with retrieval, orchestration and lifecycle observability.
• Configure and implement GECX CCaaS within client architectures and constraints.
• Collaborate with partners to design and deliver service-focused solutions.
• Plan and estimate delivery work using Agile, managing milestones, scope, budget and risk.
• Lead on‑shore and off‑shore project teams through the lifecycle.
• Capture high-level business requirements and translate them into epics and stories.
