Job summary

Accenture is a premier Google Cloud partner helping organizations modernize data ecosystems and build real-time analytics capabilities. You will work within Accenture Cloud First and AGCBG to design and implement GECX solutions, including Voice AI, BigQuery, Looker, Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise.

You will collaborate with clients and senior architects to deliver end-to-end project execution and stay ahead of industry trends to drive growth in GECX offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology transformation, focus on Conversational AI or cloud-based contact center solutions.
• Experience with CCaaS technologies and industry best practices, including AI agent building and migration/implementation across platforms.
• Ability to align technology capabilities with contact center benchmarks, quality metrics and agent scorecards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of complex, global Service technology solutions for customer channels.
• Architect and provide technical recommendations between GECX offerings and client environments.
• Design enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses.
