Job summary

Qualifications
- 3+ years in technology transformation with focus on Conversational AI/CCaaS.
- Experience with Contact Center technologies and AI agent building.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy end-to-end delivery lifecycle of large-scale service tech solutions.
- Architect and analyze alignment between GECX offerings and client environments.
- Design and engineer enterprise AI agents with retrieval, routing, tools, and observability.
- Design and implement GECX CCaaS in client environments within constraints.
- Collaborate with partners to deliver service-focused solutions.
- Plan projects with Agile, including milestones, scope, budget, and risk.
