Carvana is hiring for a Safe & Secure team member to protect associates, customers, and vehicles at our Eugene location. You’ll act as the on-site face at the gate, monitor CCTV/RFID systems, and uphold safety protocols while supporting emergency responses and daily operations.

The role emphasizes a service-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time hourly position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Track record of solid decision‑making in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a service-first mindset in every interaction.
• Be the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor with CCTV/RFID systems and investigate alerts to maintain site safety.
• Run safety audits and reinforce best practices with on-site teams.
• Coordinate with Inspection Center and Logistics teams during emergencies.
