Job summary

Carvana is seeking team members for our Safe & Secure group to protect associates, customers, and the vehicles moving through our gates. You will be the front-line face of Carvana at the gate, monitor security systems, and support safety protocols in all weather and conditions.

The role emphasizes hands-on patrols, incident reporting, and collaboration with Inspection Center and Logistics teams. Prior security or customer-service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a customer service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to organize, plan, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a service-first mindset in every interaction.
• Be the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor live cameras and investigate intrusion alerts using the Unified Security Platform.
• De-escalate situations and collaborate with partners to keep the site safe and open.
• Run point at the gate using the SAS App and RFID tech, enforcing procedures.
