Job summary

Carvana is seeking a dedicated security professional to protect our associates, customers, and vehicles at the Heath, Ohio location. You will monitor activity, respond to incidents, and coordinate with the Safe & Secure team to maintain a safe environment across all shifts.

The role requires 1–2 years in a customer service environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. On-site, 24/7 operation with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to make quick, sound decisions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a service-first mindset in every interaction.
• Be the face of Carvana at the gate for associates, vendors, and visitors.
• Use the Safe & Secure App and RFID tech to manage ingress/egress procedures.
• Conduct safety inspections and document vehicle movement.
• Be trained in first aid, CPR, and AED and use when needed.
• Maintain site operations and respond to environmental hazards.
