Job summary

David's Bridal is seeking a Distribution Quality Control and Alterations Specialist to join our Distribution Center team. The role focuses on garment alterations, quality inspection, and merchandise processing to ensure items meet standards for resale or repair.

You will work with RF scanning, perform hand and machine sewing, and support inventory flow and cross-functional operations while upholding safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience in alterations, quality control, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong hand sewing skills preferred; machine sewing experience a plus.
• Basic math, measurement, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect merchandise for fit, workmanship, and brand requirements.
• Perform garment alterations and repairs with hand and machine sewing.
• Maintain inventory control and proper disposition of non-conforming items.
• Support quality inspections and packaging processes.
