David’s Bridal is seeking an Alterations Specialist to complete fittings and alterations to our high standards and to support a superior customer experience. You will collaborate with stylists, assist customers with gown fit and customization, and maintain the alterations area to ensure a pristine, organized shopping environment.

The role emphasizes friendliness, technical stitching skills, and problem solving while meeting company standards and a five-star service goal across busy shifts.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years prior retail experience in apparel or specialty store environment.
• Prior sewing experience required, preferably in bridal and/or special occasion production environment.
• Prior experience with computerized POS system is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person.
• Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver five-star customer experience.
• Maintain service levels by being Prepared, Welcoming, Meet the Needs & Be There for all customers.
