Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail experience in apparel or specialty store preferred.
• Prior sewing experience required, bridal or special occasion experience is a plus.
• Experience with computerized POS systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service in person, over the phone, and via chats.
• Manage customer flow and uphold five-star service levels using store systems.
• Assist stylists with gown fit discussions and alterations guidance.
• Maintain alterations room cleanliness and ensure garments meet quality standards before delivery.
• Address customer concerns promptly and resolve issues per company guidelines.
