Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is hiring multiple full-time Customer Service Agents to support players with accounts, products, and services. You will troubleshoot issues on computers, tablets, and phones, handle calls, chats, and emails, and relay marketing offers to VIP customers. The role emphasizes confidentiality, reliability, and hitting daily contact and SLA goals.

Join a collaborative team with shifts available throughout the day. Office location is Lansing, MI, with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

0–2 years inbound/support call center experience preferred.
At least 21 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Flexibility with work schedule.
Must pass an internet speed test.
Able to travel to the office for at least 50% of scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products and services.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer, tablet, and cell phone applications.
Handle inbound calls, real-time chat, emails, and make outgoing calls.
Communicate special marketing offers to VIP customers.
Uphold customer confidentiality and promote company values.
Aim to achieve 70 contacts daily and maintain SLA targets for chats and calls under 45 seconds.
