Job summary

Aristocrat Interactive is growing and hiring multiple full-time Customer Service Agents to join our exceptional team in Lansing, MI. You will provide information, process inquiries about accounts, products, and services, and troubleshoot tech issues across computers, tablets, and mobile apps.

You’ll handle inbound calls, live chat, emails, and some outbound calls, while upholding privacy, meeting targets, and maintaining SLAs under 45 seconds for chats and calls.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years inbound/support call center experience.
• 21+ years old with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work hybrid schedule with reliable internet and pass an internet speed test.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Typing speed of at least 90 wpm.
• Experience troubleshooting computers, smartphones, and tablets.
• Willingness to travel to the office for 50% of shifts.
• Camera-ready while working.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and process inquiries about accounts, products, and services.
