Job summary

GameStop in the United States is seeking a Retail Keyholder to assist store management in daily operations. You will engage guests, promote promotions and trade-ins, and help drive sales while upholding store standards and customer service excellence.

The role requires standing for long periods, strong communication skills, and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Prior retail experience is preferred and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to stand and move throughout the store for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs, promotions, and trade-in programs.
• Process purchases and returns via POS with accuracy and courtesy.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and restock products as needed.
• Provide excellent guest service and build guest loyalty.
