Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Field Operations team. You will troubleshoot, install, maintain, repair, and remove gaming machines and controllers across the US and Canada, with a strong emphasis on customer service.

This entry-level role includes a comprehensive 6-month training program to build hands-on and virtual competencies. You will travel daily within the assigned territory, up to 30% regionally, and work in casino environments, while maintaining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21+ years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Willing to obtain gaming license as required by location.
• Willing to travel up to 30% regionally/nationally.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and proactive approach.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergencies, prioritizing critical issues.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys and follow the work schedule and service activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts inventory process.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
• Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
• Review pre-install documents to determine needed parts for installation.
• Gather and report service activities using field service management tools.
• Uphold professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily.
• Work with minimal direction to complete day-to-day tasks.
• Follow Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.
