Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain gaming machines across the United States and Canada. You will complete a robust training program during your first 6 months and travel as needed to service customer facilities.

This entry-level role focuses on hands-on support, problem solving, and delivering high-quality customer service in fast-paced casino environments. A strong technical aptitude and reliable travel ability are essential.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with hands-on and virtual training during first 6 months.
• Willing to travel up to 30% regionally/nationally.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record are required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and push 250 pounds with assistance.
• Able to obtain a gaming license as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergencies.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys and follow the schedule.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report service activities.
• Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
