Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Field Operations team. You will troubleshoot, install, maintain, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers across the United States and Canada, with up to 75% travel.

The role includes an intensive six-month training program designed to build hands-on and virtual skills. As an entry-level position, you will complete comprehensive training and become proficient in servicing casino gaming facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 21+ years of age
• Clean and valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Able to acquire gaming license as required (assistance provided)
• Willing to travel up to 75% (regional/national)

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and controllers
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines
• Respond to customer calls and emergency requests promptly
• Complete pre-site surveys and follow schedules
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts process
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation
• Report trends, needs, and service challenges
• Gather and report service activities using field service tools
• Uphold professionalism and customer service standards
• Self-direct day-to-day tasks with minimal direction
• Follow safety guidelines
