• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergencies; prioritize issues.
• Complete pre-site surveys and follow the schedule for service activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report service activities using field tools.
• Provide professional customer service and document technical inquiries.
