Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair gaming machines in casinos across the US and Canada. You will complete training in your first six months and support customers with technical inquiries.

A clean driver's license and ability to travel are required. You will work in a fast-paced casino environment, with safety guidelines and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; able to obtain gaming license where required.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and work in casino environments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines and respond to calls promptly.
• Document service activities and report trends or challenges.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts processes.
• Follow Aristocrat safety guidelines and work with minimal direction.
