Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Field Operations team. You will install, troubleshoot, maintain, and remove gaming machines, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety.

The role offers hands-on and virtual training during the first six months and requires travel within the territory. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain a gaming license.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with hands-on and virtual training for first 6 months.
• Willing to travel daily in assigned territory; regional/national travel up to 30%.
• Able to acquire gaming license as required; Aristocrat will assist with application/renewal.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow the schedule, and perform service activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
• Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
• Review pre-install documents to determine if parts are needed.
• Gather and report accurately on service activities using field service tools.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
