Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to support casino gaming facilities across the United States and Canada. This is an entry-level position with a robust hands-on and virtual training program during the first six months, and a strong emphasis on safety and professionalism in fast-paced casino

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 21+ years of age.
• Clean and valid driver’s license with insurable record.
• Gaming license requirements vary by location; Aristocrat assists with process.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally and up to 75% overall.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond to customer calls and emergencies promptly, prioritizing critical issues.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys and follow the schedule for service activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts inventory process.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
