Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain gaming products at customer sites. You will transport LW equipment, perform PM services, and manage parts inventory while following safety protocols.

You will use ServiceMax and Zinc to handle service tickets and customer inquiries, and you will learn LW product operation to resolve issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• Technical background with electronics basics.
• 1 year electrical/electronics experience required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• High School Diploma/GED; technical/military training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and transport LW products to customer sites.
• Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform PM on EGM/PTG/ETG and utilities.
• Keep and track part inventory and documentation.
• Learn LW gaming products and theory of operation.
• Use ServiceMax and Zinc to manage tickets and questions.
