Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician to cover the Los Angeles area and surrounding region. You will troubleshoot, install, configure, and perform preventive maintenance on EGMs and related gaming devices, while ensuring timely service and accurate parts handling.

This role requires 1–3 years of hands-on electronics experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to travel. You will work under Field Service management, use ServiceMax and Zinc, and uphold safety standards

Qualifications

Minimum of one to three years of experience in the assembly, testing, or troubleshooting of electronic devices.
Must have valid driver's license.
Valid gaming card (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

Move, load, unload, and transport all L&W products to customer sites.
Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform preventive maintenance (PM) on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and all utility products.
Keep and track part inventory.
Learn and understand L&W/gaming products, including theory of operation, abnormal operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
Use and understand Service Max and Zinc to manage customer tickets and questions for product support and parts.
