Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain gaming products at customer sites. You will manage parts inventory, document service activities, and support other team members in a fast-paced regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Technical background with basic electronics knowledge.
• 1 year electrical/electronics experience preferred or related training.
• Valid Driver’s License and gaming card (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and transport LW products to customer sites.
• Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform PM on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and utilities.
• Maintain and track part inventory; update tickets in Service Max and Zinc.
• Learn LW gaming products and how they operate and repair.
• Use PPE and safety protocols during fieldwork.
• Support other Creators on all utility/EGM products.
