Job summary

Light & Wonder in Reno, NV seeks a Field Service Technician to perform troubleshooting and maintenance on L&W gaming products at customer sites. You will install, configure, and PM EGMs and related systems, manage parts inventory, and support other team members while adhering to safety requirements.

The role requires a technical background, 1+ year electronics experience, a valid driver’s license, and a gaming card or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

Technical background, basic electronics, and at least 1 year electrical/electronics experience.
Prefer 1–3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent education.
Must have a valid Driver's License.
Valid gaming card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Move, load, unload, and transport L&W products to customer sites.
Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and PM EGMs, PTG, ETG, and utilities.
Keep and track part inventory.
Learn and understand L&W gaming products, operation, troubleshooting, and repair.
Use Service Max and Zinc to manage customer tickets and questions.
Apply safety training in the field and wear PPE.
Safely use common hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, multimeters).
Support other Creators on utilities/EGM products.
