Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a field service technician to install, configure and service gaming products at casino sites. You will troubleshoot hardware at the assembly level, replace components, and ensure proper operation on delivery and after installation.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A background in electronics and basic software skills are beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
• 1+ years in electrical/electronics field preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license; CDL if required.
• Gaming card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Install, setup, maintain and reconfigure gaming products.
• Solve problems to assembly level and replace parts as needed.
• Maintain field service paperwork including Field service Reports and Time Sheets.
• Perform quality inspections of delivered games and after installation.
• Travel and work irregular shifts including nights and weekends.
