Light & Wonder Gaming team maintains products and equipment at customer locations, primarily in casinos. The role performs scheduled maintenance, responds to service calls, and assists with installing, programming, and troubleshooting under supervision.

Expect travel to customer sites, use of hand tools, and adherence to safety protocols. Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for gaming licenses. Competitive pay and benefits provided.

Competenze

• Background in electronics with basic understanding.
• 1 year electrical/electronics experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain gaming license.
• Must be old enough to enter casino locations.

Mansioni

• Learn and understand Light & Wonder gaming products and operation.
• Safely use common hand tools and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle.
• Provide high quality service to customers and complete service calls.
• Install, set up, and configure Light & Wonder products at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot to the board or sub-assembly level and perform testing.
• Support installations, equipment moves, and returns for Light & Wonder equipment.
• Understand and use ServiceMax to manage customer tickets.
• Keep assets and inventory in company vehicle and review issues with management.
