Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot electronic gaming machines at customer sites across the Dover/Harrington region. You will perform preventative maintenance, run diagnostics, and document issues while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have electronics training and strong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read schematics and work with a variety of tools. Travel to sites is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; electronics training helpful.
• One year electronic gaming device experience or six months plus gaming school certificate or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret schematics and service manuals.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventative maintenance on EGM’s and ETG’s per standards.
• Ensure proper operation of gaming devices via tests and configuration.
• Navigate Management Terminal to verify EGM status.
• Complete accurate incident and maintenance reports.
• Maintain detailed daily/weekly tech logs and safety practices.
