Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician I to cover the Dover and Harrington area. You will install, maintain and troubleshoot electronic gaming machines at customer sites in a customer-facing role.

Qualifications include a 21+ age minimum, valid driver’s license, and experience with electronic gaming devices or related schooling. Travel may be required within the region.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and hold a valid driver’s license with ability to obtain gaming licenses.
• 1 year of assembly, testing and repair of electronic gaming devices or 6 months plus gaming school certificate.
• Basic troubleshooting to isolate problems to components or sub-assemblies.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics and mechanics of gaming devices.
• Read and understand schematics and service manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on EGM and ETG hardware per standards.
• Verify proper operation of EGMs/ETGs via tests and configuration checks.
• Navigate Management Terminal (MT) to verify status daily.
• Assemble and prepare accessories for installations per change orders.
• Submit accurate incident reports and maintenance logs.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.
• Adhere to safety policies and Field Service procedures.
• Travel to customer sites within Dover/Harrington region as needed.
