Job summary

Light & Wonder in the Dover/Harrington area is seeking a customer-facing Field Service Technician to install, maintain and troubleshoot electronic gaming devices at customer sites. You will perform preventative maintenance, run diagnostics, and ensure games operate to gaming commission standards.

Travel to client locations, lift up to 50 lbs, follow safety procedures, complete logs and incident reports, and work with a team to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain gaming licenses.
• Experience with assembly, testing, and repair of electronic gaming devices or related schooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot to assembly level.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, electronics, and mechanics of gaming devices.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on EGM's (Electronic Gaming Machines), ETG's (Electronic Table Games), and equipment, in line with Gaming Commission and company standards.
• Ensure proper operations of the EGM's and ETG's via diagnostic tests, software settings, and functional testing.
• Navigate Management Terminal (MT) daily to verify EGM status.
• Assemble and prepare accessories for installations per change order.
• Complete accurate Incident Reports and required maintenance records.
• Maintain detailed daily/weekly tech logs and tool/equipment condition.
• Adhere to Field Service standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Travel to customer sites; may work at other facilities within the department.
