Job summary

Light & Wonder, Dover-based field service role, seeks a tech to install, maintain and troubleshoot casino gaming machines at customer sites. You will perform preventative maintenance on EGMs and ETGs, run diagnostics, and ensure devices operate correctly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; electronics training helpful.
• 1 year of experience with electronic gaming devices or 6 months + gaming school certificate.
• Ability to troubleshoot to assembly level; basic electronics knowledge.
• Ability to read schematics and service manuals.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on EGMs and ETGs and related equipment.
• Verify proper operation via diagnostics and testing.
• Navigate Management Terminal to check EGM status.
• Prepare installation accessories per change orders.
• Complete incident reports and maintenance logs in a timely, accurate manner.
• Adhere to safety procedures and use hand/power tools properly.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.
