This entry-level role includes a hands-on and virtual training program during the first 6 months, with daily travel in the assigned territory and potential up to 30% regional/national travel.

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain gaming license as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergencies.
• Complete pre-site surveys and follow schedules for service activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with parts management.
• Report trends and service challenges to improve operations.
