Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain gaming machines and controllers across our U.S. and Canada operations. This entry-level role includes hands-on training over six months to support customer facilities with proactive technical service.

You will travel to casinos, respond to calls, manage parts inventory, and document service activities while upholding professionalism and safety guidelines in fast-paced environments.

Competenze

• Entry-level position requiring basic technical aptitude.
• Willing to travel daily within assigned territory; up to 30% regional/national travel.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Mansioni

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond to customer calls and emergency requests promptly.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys and follow schedules for service activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts inventory processes.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
• Report trends and service challenges.
