Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to support casino operations by installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining gaming machines across the United States and Canada. You will travel within the assigned territory to ensure seamless operation of gaming facilities and respond quickly to service requests.

This is an entry-level position with a robust 6-month hands-on and virtual training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean and valid driver’s license; insurable driving record.
• Must be able to acquire a gaming license as required (varies by location); Aristocrat will assist with application, payment and renewal.
• Willing to travel daily in the territory; regional/national travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys, follow schedules, and perform service activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts inventory processes.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
• Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
• Gather and report accurately on service activities using field service management reporting tools.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily.
• Self-direct and carry out day-to-day tasks with little direction.
• Follow Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.
