Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Clean and valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Able to obtain gaming license as required with employer assistance.
• Willing to travel daily; up to 30% regional/national travel.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergencies.
• Complete Pre-Site Surveys and follow the schedule.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts process.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
• Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
• Review pre-install documents to determine needed parts.
• Gather and report service activities using field service tools.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service.
• Self-direct and carry out day-to-day tasks with little direction.
• Follow Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.
