Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician for our Field Operations team. In this entry-level role, you will troubleshoot, install, maintain, and repair gaming machines, signs, and controllers across the U.S. and Canada with a hands-on training program during your first six months.

You will travel within the assigned territory, respond to service requests, and report on service activities while upholding professionalism and safety standards in a dynamic casino environment.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with 6-month training program.
• Willing to travel daily within assigned territory and up to 30% regionally/nationally.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and remove gaming machines and controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergencies, prioritizing critical issues.
• Document service activities and report trends and needs.
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
