Job summary

Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Field Operations team. You will troubleshoot, install, maintain, repair, and remove gaming machines, signs, and controllers, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service across the United States and Canada.

As an entry-level role, you will undergo a robust hands-on and virtual training program during the first 6 months, while travelling within the assigned territory to support casino clients and ensure seamless

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
Willing to travel daily with up to 30% regional/national travel.

Responsibilities

Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
Complete Pre-Site Surveys and follow the schedule for service activities.
Maintain inventory accuracy and follow parts inventory process.
Gather and report service activities using field service management tools.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily.
