Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure seeks a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and service gaming machines and controllers on-site in casinos across the United States. Qualifications

• Entry-level field service role; ability to troubleshoot and install gaming equipment.
• Willingness to travel regionally and nationally up to 30%.
• Must communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests.
• Complete pre-site surveys, follow schedules, and perform service activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow the parts inventory process.
• Report on trends, needs, and service challenges.
