Aristocrat Gaming seeks a Field Service Technician to support our customers by installing, converting, maintaining, repairing, and removing gaming machines and related equipment. You will operate across the United States and Canada with a people-first culture focused on customer success.

This entry-level role includes a comprehensive 6-month hands-on and virtual training program, a focus on safety, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic field operations team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Hold a clean and valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record.
• Able to acquire a gaming license as required (varies by location).
• Willing to travel daily; up to 30% regional/national.

Responsibilities

• Install, convert, troubleshoot, repair, and remove Aristocrat gaming machines, signs, and gaming controllers.
• Perform routine maintenance on gaming machines.
• Respond promptly to customer calls and emergency requests, prioritizing critical issues.
• Complete Pre‑Site Surveys and perform service activities as scheduled.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow inventory processes.
• Support customers with technical inquiries and documentation.
• Report trends, needs, and service challenges.
• Gather and report service activities using field service management tools.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service daily.
• Self‑direct and carry out day‑to‑day tasks with little direction.
• Follow Aristocrat’s Safety Guidelines.

Education

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
