Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, set up, repair, and maintain gaming equipment at customer locations. The role requires troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining inventory, and supporting a team of Creators while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Under supervision of Field Service management, you will use Service Max and Zinc for ticketing, adhere to safety protocols, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Basic understanding of electronics and one year electrical/electronics experience.
Prefer 1–3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent education/experience.
Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Valid gaming card (or the ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

Move, load, unload, and transport Light & Wonder products to customer sites.
Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform PM on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and all utility products.
Keep and track part inventory.
Learn and understand Light & Wonder products, including theory of operation and repair.
Use Service Max and Zinc to manage customer tickets and questions for product support and parts.
Apply safety training in the field and wear PPE.
Safely use common hand tools and test equipment.
Support other Creators on all utilities/EGM products.
Other duties as assigned.
