Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. in Reno, NV is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, service and troubleshoot gaming systems at customer sites. Under supervision, you will perform PMs on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and utilities, and maintain accurate part inventory.

Qualifications

• Technical background with basic electronics.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and gaming card or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload and transport L&W products to customer sites.
• Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform PMs on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and utilities.
• Keep and track part inventory and documents.
• Learn L&W gaming products, operation theory, troubleshooting and repair.
• Use Service Max and Zinc to manage tickets and questions for product support and parts.
