Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and maintain gaming equipment at customer sites. You will handle electronics-focused repairs, learn LW product lines, and coordinate with service management using Service Max and Zinc for ticketing.

The role requires a basic electronics background, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel with PPE and safety procedures in mind. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Technical background including a basic understanding of electronics.
• 1–3 years related electrical/electronics experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid gaming card or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and transport LW products to customer sites.
• Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform PM on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and all utility products.
• Keep and track part inventory.
• Learn and understand LW gaming products and operation.
• Use Service Max and Zinc to manage customer tickets and questions for product support and parts.
• Apply safety training in the field and wear PPE (steel toe shoes, hard hat, safety goggles, gloves).
• Safely use common hand tools including screwdrivers, nut drivers, wrenches, hammers, drills, multimeters, and polarity checkers.
• Support other Creators on all utilities/EGM products.
• Other duties as assigned
