Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Tech to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain gaming equipment at customer locations in the United States. You will manage PM tasks, maintain inventory, and support other technicians, with a focus on safe operations and accurate ticketing in Service Max and Zinc.

Travel to client sites, on-call rotations, and flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays may be required; a valid driver’s license and gaming card are needed.

Qualifications

• Technical background with basic electronics knowledge.
• One year electrical/electronics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, setup, troubleshoot, configure, and perform preventive maintenance on EGMs, PTG, ETG, and utilities.
• Move, load, unload and transport Light & Wonder products to customer sites.
• Maintain part inventory and document activities.
