Job summary

Light & Wonder International, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain gaming equipment at customer sites. You will ensure optimal operation and customer satisfaction by following procedures and safety practices.

The role requires hands-on technical work, frequent travel, and the ability to work in varied environments. Training and proper licensing may be required for gaming equipment certifications.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of electronics and one year electrical/electronics experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Valid gaming card (or ability to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Move, load, unload, and transport all Light & Wonder products to customer sites and facilities.
• Install, set up, troubleshoot, configure, and perform preventive maintenance on gaming devices and related equipment.
• Keep and track part inventory and document activities.
• Learn product operation, abnormal operation, troubleshooting, and repair processes.
• Use ServiceMax and Zinc to manage customer tickets and parts inquiries.
• Support other technicians and perform other duties as assigned.
